Our leadership team brings hands-on experience from working with international organizations, financial institutions and the private sector across multiple jurisdictions.

We regularly act as prime contractor or lead advisor, assembling and coordinating multidisciplinary expert teams as required by project scope.

Milica Mišković, Founder and Managing Director

Milica is a senior ESG and sustainability advisor supporting companies and financial institutions in integrating ESG requirements into business strategy, governance and operations. Her work focuses on ESG strategy, sustainability governance, regulatory-aligned reporting and climate-related initiatives, with a strong emphasis on practical implementation and accountability. Milica has extensive experience working across South East Europe and the Western Balkans in complex regulatory environments. She regularly acts as Lead Advisor and Team Leader on regional assignments.
